Since we got rid of Lammers, I'd have to say it's Dessers. My teenaged son who plays American football could probably do better at kicking a ball into the goal.
Simple answer is , nope . The simple chances he misses are unbelievable . There have been so many that have been so easy that I feel as if I could have scored them .The one on Sunday the keeper blocked was a good save but he should have had no chance . The worry for me is that Danilo was missing simple chances too before he got injured. £11million for two strikers who can`t poke a ball in from 6 yards , frightening.
More frightening the board gave a manager so much free reign to sign anyone he wanted with hardly any managerial experience after not backing the previous manager and then said manager not even playing the best one of his summer signings (Sterling).

So , the board should not have backed the manager in the summer ? That would have given Beale all the excuses he needed . Back him or sack him were the options and as he had only been in the job for 7 or 8 months and I`m pretty sure they were having doubts ( especially as he wasn`t their choice ) but results last season outwith the OF games weren`t that bad so they didn`t want to panic .
Can`t agree that Gio wasn`t backed either , there were plenty of new signings during his tenure , Yilmaz , Davies , Colak , Matondo , Lawrence, Souttar , Tillman were all signed that summer .Whether they were good enough and whether they were his signings is another question . I do wish we still had Colak rather than Dessers and much as he frustrated at times , it would have been interesting to see Tillman in our current team with our current manager .

I'm not saying they shouldn't have backed him but they shouldn't have given him free reign to sign whoever he wanted, should have been players we had scouted thoroughly.
What gets me is, we seem to get players that come from half decent teams, with a half decent pedigree/reputation and make them worse. Silva 35 million, Sima 20 million. Then we have a player like Lammers who starts well, turns to shite very quickly then goes on to break scoring records for his loan club.
